We worked extremely hard on our latest film from start to finish. Our client came to us expressing that their audience more of a B to B to C. This meant that we had to adjust our style. Typically we are helping clients target end users (consumers), but here it was the business that would then sign up the consumer to our client's service. Although this is slightly different, we still wanted to make sure our client's story was being told properly. They're in a medical service industry that personal care and quality of care is very important. However, their target audience, physicians and case managers, don't always have time to properly "shop" 3rd party services such as their selves. So we created a short film, interviewing a few of their key clients and patients, showing how effective they have been over the past 20 years. In just 3 days of shooting, we were able to carefully schedule a shoot with their personnel, 2 hospitals, and a patient's residence, as well as b-roll of the city and a C story of their company van making its way around town.
We think we were able to effectively tell their company story and infuse their personality into the video. They're not just any medical company. They're fun, they all get along. Their company turnover is exceptionally low. We even participated in a film release party they held at their offices just to celebrate everyone's hard work. Their owner even had us secretly work him into a shot to surprise the employees (Look for him at the end!).
This is what we do. We spend meetings in pre-production to make sure we understand what we're being asked of, but then we also get a feel for the client. We get that most of these people have never been on camera before so on the day of the shoot, we want them to be comfortable around us and the cameras. Then, we piece it together, and discuss some more, and hopefully by the end of the process, we have exceeded your expectations.
So check out our latest for our new friends at Alternacare Infusion Pharmacy...
